[MailServer Notification]Security Notification

 

前言

軟體: Outlook 說明: 郵件收到[MailServer Notification]Security Notification

 

1.使用者在信箱中收到
『[MailServer Notification]Security Notification』
其內容是『Warning to sender. ScanMail has detected a virus in an email you sent.』
主要是要警告發件人:群件版檢測到的病毒在您發送電子郵件。

 

2.畫面中10個警告訊息可以請資訊部在系統中查到結果如下：

 

3. 原因:郵件伺服器Exchange Server會定時掃描全公司同仁信箱中的郵件是否有病毒

如上是掃描您的信箱時出現的部分畫面,上次寄出去的郵件因為在寄件備份中還留有一份,而寄件備份在Exchange Server中,所以也會被掃到,您寄給我的畫面中,所以如果一直沒有刪除就會一直收到『[MailServer Notification]Security Notification』的mail提醒;

如果被掃描有病毒疑慮亦會有提醒小心中毒的mail。
